Today, I want to react on the use of the word immigration and expatriation. Here are the internet definitions:
Immigration “the action of coming to live permanently in a foreign country.”
Expatriation “ Expatriation is the process of leaving your country and living in a new one, or the act of forcing a person to do this. … Expatriation comes from the French expatrier, “banish,” from ex-, “out of,” and the Latin patria, “native land.””
As you may identify yourself nothing is mentioned about the skin color of people in both definitions.
What other words are color sensitive when they should not?
