Use this exercise on a regular basis to learn how to better communicate. The aim of this exercise is to provide you with a fresh new way of seeing the world.
Take 10 minutes to list your hard and soft skills.
Hard skills are teachable ability such as computer skills, Languages skills, sewing skills. Soft skills are subjective skills that are much more difficult to quantify such as humor, leadership, patience, persuasion.
